II write from the quiet edges of things—
between languages, between cities, between the pulse of desire and the poise that holds it steady. I am Cantonese and Scottish, shaped by tides of two coasts, carrying both softness and steel. My work leans into the intimate: the subtle glance, the breath before a confession, the silence where two women understand each other without speaking.

My poetry often moves like a held note—restrained, but trembling with intention. I explore love, longing, dominance, and tenderness through a lens of myth, memory, and everyday sensuality. Many pieces follow strict poetic structures—Sonnets, chōka, Cantonese tonal forms—because I love what discipline does to emotion: it sharpens it, distills it, makes it honest.

Visually, I create scenes that mirror this voice: women who carry themselves with quiet power, velvet-shadowed rooms, silk that clings to movement, gardens lit by lanterns, and cities alive with secret currents. My characters—especially the femme fatale I return to—are shaped by classic cinema, jazz lounges, and the timeless ache of wanting someone you shouldn’t.
